10TPD Wheat Flour Mill Machine
This complete line has a capacity of 10 tons wheat per day. includes cleaning section, wheat washer, two roller mills, sifter unit, full-set pneumatic ducting network and electric control cabinet
Raw Material Adaptation
For wheat: optimum moisture 15~16.5%. Soft wheat:14.5~15.5%; hard wheat:15.5~16.5%.
Total impurities: ≤1%. Side-by-side stones, mud lumps and metal debris must be removed. (Destoner and magnetic separator are recommended as supporting equipment). Long straw, hemp rope, plastic scraps and large straw residues are strictly prohibited from feeding, as they are prone to tangling the pneumatic conveying system and rotary sieve.

Finished Product Quality Standard
Final flour quality depends on raw grain quality, tempering moisture, sieve mesh and flour extraction rate. Higher extraction rate leads to higher ash content and more bran specks. Lower extraction rate is required for high-purity low-ash flour.
Flour fineness:
90-120 mesh, Moisture: ≤14.5%, good storage performance, not easy to mildew
Ash content (dry basis):
≤1.10 %
Processing Configuration
Cleaning Section
Raw wheat firstly goes into cleaning equipment, where straw, dust, stones, metal fragments and other impurities are removed by sifting, air separation and magnetic separation.
Wheat Washing Section
Clean wheat passes to the wheat washer to wash off surface dirt and contaminants with preliminary moisture adjustment. Then wheat enters tempering system for proper conditioning. Tempering toughens bran layer while keeping endosperm brittle, which guarantees good skin-core separation, flour quality and flour yield.
Flour Milling
Conditioned wheat is conveyed to milling section. Two roller mills work together for breaking, scraping and separate skin-core grinding.
Flour Sifting Section
Ground stock flows into sifter unit for classification to separate finished flour, middlings and bran. The complete negative-pressure pneumatic network handles material conveying, recirculation and dust removal with closed transport, low dust and automatic re-grinding.

FAQ
Q1: What is the processing capacity of this Wheat flour mill line?
Raw material input: 10 tons of wheat per day.as working 24 hours
Q2: What moisture content is required for raw wheat?
Soft wheat:14.5~15.5%; hard wheat:15.5~16.5%.
Q3: Can we adjust the fineness of final Wheat flour?
Yes. Different replaceable screen meshes can be installed in the sifting machine to change flour fineness, multi-grade products are available.
Q4: What is flour extraction rate and ash content?
For good-quality wheat, total flour extraction rate 65-80%. Dry-base ash content ≤0.85%. Higher flour yield will bring higher ash and more bran specks.
Q5: How many operators are needed?
1-2 workers for feeding, monitoring and finished-product collection. No large labour force required.
Q6: Is installation difficult? Will you supply drawings?
Layout drawing, foundation drawing and pneumatic layout drawing are provided. Customer prepares workshop, foundation, water and power. Remote installation guidance is available. On-site installation service is optional at extra cost.
