Client Requirements

The client built a new flour workshop based on an existing multi-storey building. The core requirements were adapting the vertical layout of the building, high automation, stable flour output and controllable energy consumption. The line was required to produce multi-grade flour for civil market and food processing enterprises. Besides, enclosed dust removal and clean production environment were required, and the equipment layout should match the floor height and load-bearing capacity of the existing building for convenient daily maintenance.
