Client Requirements
The client built a new medium-sized modern rice mill. High automation was required for the whole set of equipment, with low broken rice rate and high rice yield. The complete production line should cover the full workflow including cleaning, husking, whitening, polishing, color sorting, grading and automatic packaging. Dust control should meet industrial standards for two-shift continuous production. Simple operation and easy maintenance for front-line workers were also required.
