20TPD Maize /Corn Flour Mill Machine
This 20TPD maize flour processing line is a complete set for maize cleaning, peeling, milling, grading and packing. It can produce fine maize flour with stable quality, easy operation and low energy consumption, suitable for small and medium grain processing plants.
Raw Material Adaptation
Moisture content: Optimal 13.5% ~ 14.5%, max ≤15%. Too high moisture makes peeling and degerming difficult, finished product easy to mildew. Too low moisture causes kernel breakage, germ mixed into flour and shorten shelf life.
Impurity: Total impurities ≤1.0%. Minimize stones and metal impurities to protect peeling machine and roller mill.
Moldy kernels: ≤1%. Moldy maize will lead to dark color of corn flour and excessive aflatoxin.

Processing Configuration
Cleaning Section
The cleaning section is designed to remove impurities from raw maize. It consists of vibrating grain cleaner, gravity destoner and magnetic separation device. Sifting removes large and small impurities; gravity separation eliminates heavy impurities such as stones and clods. The magnetic separation device attracts ferromagnetic metal foreign objects, protecting the downstream peeling and milling equipment from damage caused by hard metal particles. After cleaning, the impurity rate of raw material is greatly reduced, ensuring stable operation of subsequent processes and good finished-product quality.
Peeling Section
The peeling section adopts dry-type peeling technology, equipped with one emery-roller peeling machine and one iron-roller peeling machine. Maïs goes through two-step peeling treatment by emery roller and iron roller in sequence. The emery roller mainly polishes and removes maize husk; the iron-roller further rubs off residual bran layer to realize sufficient peeling and degerming. No water is added during the whole process. It keeps original moisture of maize, avoids moisture increase of raw material, which benefits subsequent milling process and finished-product storage.
Grading and Crushing Section
The peeled maize materials first enter the grading sieve for precise classification. The incompletely peeled grains are screened out and returned to the iron-roller peeling machine for secondary peeling to ensure thorough skin removal. Qualified materials after grading are sent to the air suction separator to remove light impurities and bran debris by air separation, further improving material cleanliness. Afterwards, the materials are crushed into uniform small particles by the crusher, producing about 30% primary corn flour simultaneously. All processed materials are then delivered to the fine milling section for further processing.
Flour Milling and Sifting Section
The pre-crushed maize particles enter the milling section, which is fitted with two independent Model 60 double-roller mills for fine grinding. Ground materials are conveyed to a single-compartment plansifter for classification. The plansifter is equipped with replaceable screen meshes. Customers can fit different mesh sizes according to production requirements to precisely control flour fineness. Corn flour meeting fineness requirements is delivered to the finished-product system. Under-ground coarse particles are automatically returned to the two independent Model 60 double-roller mills for re-grinding. Adopting circulating grinding-and-sifting technology, this section achieves high flour yield. The finished corn flour has uniform particle size, smooth texture and stable quality, and multi-grade corn flour can be produced.
Package System
Qualified corn flour is conveyed to the automatic packing unit. It supports quantitative filling and sewing for bags of 10-25 kg. Featuring stable weighing accuracy and simple operation, the machine meets various packaging requirements. Well-sealed bags are convenient for storage and outward transportation.

FAQ
Q1: What is the processing capacity of this maize flour line?
Raw material input: 20 tons of maize per day. Output depends on maize quality and moisture.
Q2: What moisture content is required for raw maize?
Optimal moisture:13.5%-14.5%. Max moisture shall not exceed 15%. Too-wet maize will affect peeling effect and finished-product storage.
Q3: Can we adjust the fineness of final maize flour?
Yes. Different replaceable screen meshes can be installed in the sifting machine to change flour fineness, multi-grade products are available.
Q4: What packaging specifications does the packing machine support?
Automatic packing machine supports 10-25 kg bags, including quantitative filling and bag sewing.
Q5: Is this dry peeling or wet peeling process?
Adopt full dry peeling process: one emery-roller peeler plus one iron-roller peeler. No water adding during processing.
Q6: Does the line include dust-removal and magnetic separation function?
Yes. The cleaning section is equipped with magnetic separation device and dust-removal system to remove metal impurities and dust.
