Henansheng Yubei Grain and Oil Machinery Co., Ltd. is a modern physical manufacturing enterprise focusing on the R&D, manufacturing and export of complete set grain processing equipment. Located in the Industrial Agglomeration Area of Hua County, Henan Province, our factory features standardized production workshops, complete processing machine tools and well equipped product testing workshops. We are a professional supplier in China’s grain and oil machinery industry with full fledged capabilities for independent R&D, production and manufacturing, as well as overseas project delivery.
Our core business covers overall engineering design for grain processing projects, single unit equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning of complete production lines, technical training and after sales operation maintenance services. Our main products include rice processing equipment, corn processing equipment, wheat flour milling equipment, processing lines for sorghum, millet and quinoa, bean peeling equipment, as well as various stand alone machines such as screening units, milling units, dust removal units and conveying units. We undertake large scale projects with daily processing capacity ranging from several tons to hundreds of tons, delivering stable and reliable turn key solutions for customers.

The factory has complete production sections for sheetmetal processing, welding, mechanical processing and assembly. Equipped with professional processing machinery including CNC cutting machines, bending machines and largesized lathes, we achieve inhouse production of major components and strictly control every production procedure. We are capable of manufacturing multiple largeandmediumsize complete grainprocessing lines simultaneously. Multiple sets of equipment can be processed, assembled and commissioned in parallel, supporting dozens of fullline grainprocessing projects annually. Sound hardware configuration guarantees machining accuracy, welding quality and delivery schedule, laying a solid hardware foundation for the quality of completeset equipment.

Mechanical Design
We have a professional mechanical design team for structural optimization, modular design, wear resistance enhancement and sealing improvement for grain processing equipment. All frames, main machines, sifters and conveying systems are optimized via mechanical simulation. The equipment features stable structure, low vibration, low noise and 24-hour continuous operation capability. Customized structural improvement is available to adapt to different climate, dust and temperature conditions in Africa, Central Asia, Europe and South America.
